Eric Fasciani started his fitness career as a personal trainer in 2006. He quickly found a passion for fitness that was focused on building healthier, more capable bodies. This clashed with the body building/physique focused approach that was prevalent at the gyms he worked out of. When he attended the CrossFit® Level 1 Certification, he realized he had come across something special and instantly knew he wanted to open a CrossFit location. CrossFit has been the biggest influence on Eric and his approach to fitness. “I love that the focus is on health, wellness, and performance, rather then looks. You can have someone that looks ripped with abs and biceps but aren’t fit or healthy. But when you train CrossFit, you get people who are healthy, and capable of amazing things, and the side effects are that you look great.”

What has motivated Eric more than anything else in his career is the belief that fitness carries over to all aspects of life. Perseverance, integrity, dedications, sacrifice, self-control, honesty, and commitment are all best and easiest learned through fitness.

Sarah’s fitness career started in 2010 when she first tried CrossFit. She never really enjoyed working out in a typical gym, but she knew from day one of trying CrossFit that this was something she wanted to be a part of. Within seven months of first trying CrossFit she went to get certified to start coaching at CrossFit Nashua. Since then she has attained more certifications through CrossFit, along with MovNat, and the USAW. Sarah also is certified in CrossFit Kids, which she used to help show children and teens that fitness is a fun and a great tool for a healthy life.

Sarah believes that everyone should always be “moving” from the very young to the elderly, that’s what drew her to CrossFit so much — the ability to scale for every walk of life. Sarah works well with all types of people from competitive athletes, to people who are extremely out of shape.

CrossFit Kids Certified
FMS 1 & 2
NSCA CPT
USAW Level 1
Pendley Level 1 & 2

Mike’s CrossFit story starts in Waltham, MA, while he was attending the National Personal Training Institute. There, he was introduced to a lovely lady by the name of CrossFit. He fell head over heels, and has adopted it as his strength and conditioning program of choice. The relationship has blossomed – fast forward more than 3 years and he now not only is a level 1 trainer but he also has his CrossFit Kids Certification, Functional Movement Screening, and numerous weightlifting certifications. As an eternal scholar he plans to continue his education by taking many more certifications and workshops in the future. Mike is passionate about his own fitness but even more passionate about coaching and improving those around him. Long story short, CrossFit and training people to improve have taken over his life.

“As a coach the only thing I enjoy more than pushing people past their limits is watching them succeed in things they previously thought were impossible.”

Alex Jones
Certifications

CrossFit Level 1
CrossFit Scaling Certified
USAW Level 1 Certified
CPR and First Aid Certified

Alex grew up very active, constantly playing sports up until college and even as a player he knew that he had a passion for coaching and helping others. Once the youth sports days were over, Alex found it hard to continue training like he was when playing sports as it didn’t seem like there was anything to train for. The traditional bodybuilding/cardio style of exercise didn’t seem to be effective or exciting enough for him. Finally, he was introduced to CrossFit in 2011 when a friend of his put him through a brutal 20-minute workout and he was instantly hooked. Soon after, he joined his first affiliate and a couple years later attended the CrossFit Level 1 seminar and decided to pursue his passion for coaching and helping others get fit and healthy as a full-time career. He also has USA Weightlifting and CrossFit Scaling certifications, and will be pursuing several more throughout his career.

What Alex loves about CrossFit is that it really is for everyone and those who truly commit to it not only become the healthiest that they have ever been, but do amazing things that they never could have imagined themselves doing at some point. Not only has it changed his life for the better, but he has seen countless amounts of positive life changes because of CrossFit and he wants to give that experience to as many people as he possibly can.

Stacey Bellemore
Certifications

CrossFit Level 1 Certified

Stacey has been an athlete since she was a young child. She played soccer and basketball throughout her childhood, high school, and college years and after college played women’s semi-professional tackle football for 8 years. In addition, to being an athlete, Stacey wanted to give back to the younger generations and coached girls basketball for 4 years and boys football for 2 years. However, Stacey realized that it takes more than just exercise to be an athlete when she was introduced to CrossFit in 2010. Although she had tried many different types of gyms and workout routines, nothing matched the intensity and structure of CrossFit. Stacey started to see positive results and decided in 2011 to commit herself to her health and fitness. Throughout the next few years, Stacey spent extra time at the box and outside the box learning and studying the movements of CrossFit to better her technique. In 2016, Stacey became CrossFit level 1 certified and has been coaching since January of 2016.
